What better way to honor the culture of NJ than to continuously improve upon our most favored sense - taste? Centrada
Red Bank, NJ
Pan-Latin Fusion took over this old dive bar and literally transformed the space into this warm and colorful moody space, completely renovated from floor to ceiling. From the moment you walk inside, your senses are awakened to the scent of gourmet food, the lights and sounds around you, and the breathtaking finishes as far as the eye can see. Upstairs, you'll find a lounge with an impressively tiled bar and soaring fireplace feature, not to mention a grand wine cellar filled to the brim behind a wall of glass. The third floor is the party room and has a gorgeous view of the décor from above. From the kitchen and bathrooms, to the entrance and dining areas, MODE worked hard to turn this space into something appealing, easy to maneuver, and all-around show-stopping.

From old dive bar to state-of-the-art dining experience, this two story renovation was a blast to work on. We were allowed to explore so many design options including colors, features, and mix-use of warm and cool media from top to bottom. Our favorite part is the wall of glass that completely opens up the space, bringing the delicious smell of the nearby ocean and breeze invitingly inside.
The Ocean Club

Bar, restaurant, wedding venue, pool club: this entire establishment has it all; conveniently with the best views at the shore. Located in Seaside Heights, enjoy your special day, or just a week away, overlooking the dazzling ocean from just about anywhere in this fun entertainment space.
The Park Loft
Fort Monmouth, NJ
So much is going on with this old dance hall that we’re converting into a multitude of modern, gorgeous spaces! We’re preserving lots of the historical features while creating a microbrewery, restaurant, and massive banquet facility within. The exposed wooden tresses give this entire industrial space a rustic feel, and the open floor plan makes this a desirable atmosphere in shaping the lives and memories of the patrons for a fun night out or the night of their dreams!
La Mondina
Brielle, NJ
This project enabled us to take in the entire picture and perfect it: we raised the ceilings and added gorgeous beams to showcase the generous height we gained. We removed walls and added soaring windows to give this warm, inviting space natural light for the beauty within. From the outside-in, you will find high-end finishes and modern touches to compliment what's on the menu. Definitely a sight to feast your eyes on!
Starbucks
Marlboro, NJ
What better addition to any hometown than a drive-thru Starbucks? We spread our wings and dove right into making this free-standing coffee bar easy to access, whether or not you wanted to leave the comfort of your car. Even patrons participating on foot never have to enter the establishment themselves with the connection of the walk-up window, easily accessible from the fenced in seating area. Take your time or hurry up, the choice is yours - and we think we hit the nail right on the head with this one!
Over Easy
Fair Haven, NJ
For this project, we created a fit-out of a 2,500 sf restaurant in an existing vanilla box. The space includes a dining area, bar area, kitchen, bathrooms, prep areas, and storage. The colors and design came together nicely and fit in with the quaint town of Fair Haven, who backs onto their own waterfront area of the Navesink River!
The St. Laurent Social Club
Asbury Park, NJ
What used to be The Tides Hotel has now transformed into a completely renovated, drastically modern, and comfortable, sleek, sexy, getaway in the heart of Asbury Park. Twenty all-new, completely redone guest rooms have convertible furniture so you can dance, sleep, work, or do yoga with plenty of space and in style! The attached bathrooms are sleek and inviting, with glassless showers that make the space seem bigger and brighter. Head down to the gorgeous, heated, full-service pool, then grab a bite to eat at Heirloom, which features an open kitchen and comfortable seating. We worked hard to bring this beloved hotel into the 21st century and had a lot of fun doing it too!
Brielle River House
Renovating an outdated wedding venue while keeping the integrity of the building for future extensions of the building. MODE worked to ensure that the architecture, framing, plumbing and electric were properly placed while the owners selected all finishes and fixtures on the interior. Today, this place has undergone such a gorgeous transformation and continues to blow us away with each passing day!
