This one is a classic Shingle/Coastal Victorian on the street side—steep front gable, decorative shingle patterning in the gable end, a full-width porch in the historic neighborhood.
BUT The rear addition shifts into a modern vibe: a bold, tall gable with lots of glass, cleaner lines, and indoor–outdoor living emphasis. Overall it’s a transitional blend—historic up front, modern family addition in back.
