The Hamilton is a seven-unit multifamily residential building located in the heart of Seaside Heights, NJ. The project is organized as residential units over ground-level parking, responding to local floodplain requirements while maintaining an active street presence.

The building’s massing is articulated through stepped balconies, coastal-inspired materials, and a restrained palette that reflects its beachside context. Upper-level outdoor spaces and rooftop terraces extend living areas and maximize views, light, and air.

Interior units feature open-plan living, contemporary finishes, and large windows that bring in abundant natural light. The project balances durability and low-maintenance materials with a relaxed coastal aesthetic, creating modern residences well suited for year-round living or seasonal use.
