This project reads as a thoughtful adaptive reuse—taking a historic church/school building with masonry massing, tall arched window openings, and classical stone detailing and transforming it into loft-style condominiums. The design leans into the building’s original character (the heavy stone façade, deep window reveals, and civic “institutional” proportions), while the interiors celebrate the past with exposed brick walls, oversized arched windows, and warm original wood floors, paired with clean modern finishes and updated layouts.
