You’ve got the familiar pitched roofs, deep overhangs, shingle/siding expression, and exposed coastal brackets, but it’s paired with contemporary resort elements like the glass rooftop pavilion, large outdoor terraces, and an open, indoor–outdoor event/banquet vibe.

The elevated base and covered drop-off/parking read as shore-resilient and functional, while the overall massing feels like a destination waterfront social club—restaurant + banquet + pool club all wrapped in a clean, upscale nautical aesthetic.
