ASBURY POINT

Asbury Point is a mixed-use, multifamily apartment complex consisting of two buildings. The ground level consists of parking, a gym for the residents, and public retail spaces. Each building has a private, elevated amenity deck for the residential units on the upper floors. The southern building has 41 units and the northern building has 94, consisting of 125 units all together. The units are a mix between market rate units and units accommodating affordable-housing requirements.
