BAYHEAD HOUSE RENOVATION

This was a post-Hurricane Sandy project. Like many others around this time, the house needed to be raised and repaired. It was a small footprint, but large on character. We raised the house and created some relief to the exterior by showcasing the new covered front porch and detailing it in a way to fit within the connection between the house and the community. Every small space on the interior was maximized from a layout-and-built-in standpoint. Take a look at the custom bunk bed area which allows siblings to have their own area within their shared bedroom!
