This historic school house by the ocean is located in Long Branch, NJ, and is a perfect example of historic preservation. The original brick work, dentil trim, & precast cornices have all been preserved and restored to their original grandeur. The interior has been transformed from classrooms into apartment units, keeping the original hardwood floors and tin ceiling tiles. Even the original chalkboards have been implemented into the design.
