The ground floor is designed to host an active streetscape featuring a residential lobby and commercial space. This commercial area is intended to accommodate a neighborhood market and a compact gym that will be accessible to both residents and the local community. The project aims to elevate the overall streetscape experience.
The distinctive tower design is characterized by rounded balconies, extensive glazing with horizontal banding, and architectural elements designed to captivate.
Parking requirements are thoughtfully addressed, with 106 valet parking spaces in a fully enclosed, fully automatic garage.
