HIERING AVENUE

The project will be five new multistory units
in Seaside Heights, New Jersey. The existing
site has a single-family residence, and it
will be demolished in its entirety for the new
construction. The units will be three stories, each
including a roof deck. All units will have private
entrances and a garage with space for two cars.
